Application of conditions\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale and distribution of CASATI products by Tenuta Casati s.r.l. to retailers.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The purchase of products and payment of the related invoices imply full knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions, published on the website www.tenutacasati.com.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>2. Selective distribution\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">CASATI products are intended for selective distribution, consistent with the brand's quality positioning, image and reputation.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The retailer undertakes to market the products in accordance with the identity, presentation and image of the CASATI brand, adopting display and sales methods appropriate to the product's positioning.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>3. Commercial policy\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">In order to protect the image and commercial value of the CASATI brand, the retailer undertakes to:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">avoid commercial practices that could compromise the positioning or reputation of the brand;<\/li><li class=\"li1\">not carry out discount campaigns, promotions or price reductions on products;<\/li><li class=\"li1\">not market products on unauthorised marketplaces or online sales platforms;<\/li><li class=\"li1\">not market products on unauthorised marketplaces or online sales platforms;<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">The manufacturer may communicate recommended retail prices to retailers in order to ensure market consistency and protect the brand image.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>4. Protection of the brand image\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">The retailer undertakes to market CASATI products in a manner consistent with the brand's quality positioning and image.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The products must be displayed, presented and promoted in a manner consistent with the brand's reputation, avoiding sales, communication or promotion methods that could compromise its value or prestige.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Tenuta Casati s.r.l. reserves the right to request adjustments to the methods of presentation and sale if it considers that these may be incompatible with the brand image.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>5. Authorised sales channels\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">CASATI products may only be resold through physical stores or sales channels that have been authorised in advance by the manufacturer.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The sale of products through marketplaces, commercial intermediation platforms or unauthorised sales sites is not permitted without the prior written authorisation of Tenuta Casati s.r.l.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Tenuta Casati s.r.l. reserves the right to revoke distribution authorisation if the products are marketed through unauthorised channels.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>6. Minimum assortment\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">In order to ensure the correct presentation of the CASATI collections, the retailer undertakes to maintain a minimum assortment of at least four units for each reference in the CASATI collections at its point of sale.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This minimum assortment level must be reached and maintained within twelve months of the start of the commercial relationship or the first supply.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Tenuta Casati s.r.l. reserves the right to update, modify or expand the references belonging to the CASATI collections over time.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>7. Breach of terms and conditions\u00a0<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, Tenuta Casati s.r.l. reserves the right to:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">temporarily suspend supplies;<\/li><li class=\"li1\">modify or revoke the commercial conditions applied;<\/li><li class=\"li1\">revoke authorised reseller status.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Furthermore, Tenuta Casati s.r.l. may request the return of any products still available at the retailer, paying the retailer the purchase price shown on the original invoices, subject to the return of the products intact and in their original packaging.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The costs of return shall be borne by the retailer.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>8. Craftsmanship<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">It is acknowledged that the products are handmade and may have imperfections.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><br \/><\/b>9.
