COLLECTION EXHIBITION<\/h2>

Casati<\/strong> emerges from the vision of Elena\nPaolini<\/strong>, patron and discerning collector of\nminds and talents, who gathers around the\nproject a constellation of perfumers and\ncreative figures invited to contribute to a\nshared imaginative universe. Her approach to\nperfumery is distinctly curatorial: each\nfragrance becomes part of a broader cultural\nproject, conceived as a narrative in\ncontinuous transformation. Here, scent\nassumes the role of an invisible archive,\ncapable of preserving places, atmospheres,\nand presences that endure through olfaction.<\/p>

Casati<\/strong> unveils its second line of fragrances,\ndeveloped in collaboration with artistic\nperfumer Christopher Chong<\/strong>, whose\ncreations are widely regarded as works of art\nwithin contemporary perfumery. From the\nconvergence of these two visions arises\nCollection Exhibition<\/em>, a project shaped by\nresearch and experimentation, in dialogue\nwith art and the present moment.\n\nThe collection is devoted to places that\nappear to possess a singular vocation, spaces\nwhere creativity finds fertile ground and\nwhere artists and exceptional minds have,\nover time, shaped cultural and imaginative\nenvironments destined to leave a lasting\nimprint. Residences, ateliers, and salons\nbecome sites of creation and transformation,\nstages upon which art and life intersect.<\/p>

Certain dwellings traverse centuries,\nbecoming spaces of continuous creation,\nwhere architecture and interiors preserve\nvisions, encounters, and gestures destined to\nendure. Collection Exhibition<\/strong> takes form as a\nsensory interpretation of the energy that\ninhabits these imaginative dimensions,\nemblematic of refinement and cultural\nacuity.<\/p>

The first chapter unfolds in Venice<\/strong>, a city\nthat seems to exist in a suspended\ndimension, where water mirrors architecture\nand time acquires a different density. Within\nthe palazzi overlooking the Grand Canal, lives\nand creative freedoms have intertwined,\ntransforming these interiors into spaces of\ncreation and representation. Venice thus\nbecomes the inaugural setting of Collection\nExhibition<\/strong><\/em>, a place where art and life\nconverge, and where each room retains the\nresonance of presences that continue to echo\nthrough time.<\/p>

From these residences, and from the\nhistories that have passed through them,\nemerge female figures who transformed\ntheir existence into a form of representation,\nbecoming the muses of these fragrances.\nCultivated, free, and often eccentric, they\nfashioned their lives as aesthetic and cultural\ngestures, inhabiting these spaces as private\nstages and shaping worlds and visions\naround themselves. Within this dialogue\nbetween past and present, they persist as\nfigures within a narrative that continues to\nrenew itself.

PRIMO PIANO \u2014 VENEZIA<\/h2>

Primo Piano<\/strong>, the inaugural fragrance of\nCollection Exhibition<\/strong><\/em>, arises from the\nremarkable sensibility of perfumer Karine\nVinchon-Spehner<\/strong>, whose work transforms\nvision and material into an unmistakable\nolfactory signature. The composition evokes a\nfemininity that is enveloping, poised, and\nmagnetic, conceived as an intense, almost\ntheatrical presence.The extrait de parfum is housed within a\nalabaster white glass flacon, where the lion,\nemblem of Casati<\/strong>, assumes a golden tone,\nunderscoring the symbolic dimension of a\nfragrance that unfolds like a stage set and\nfills the space with a vivid and imaginative\npresence.<\/p>

At its core lies a bold tuberose from Grasse, at\nonce carnal and hypnotic, softened by a\nmilky texture and traversed by a green,\nserpentine tension. The base deepens into\ndarker, more instinctive territories, where\nanimalic notes, tobacco, myrrh, and incense\ncompose a trail that is at once profound,\nelegant, and magnetic.\nWhat emerges is an opulent and theatrical\nfragrance, capable of evoking female figures\nwho are free, sophisticated, and resolutely\nunconventional\u2014presences that pass\nthrough rooms and palazzi, leaving behind\nan indelible trace.<\/p>

Maison Casati, in collaboration with GDA - Associazione Italiana per l'Arte, renews its patronage vocation, elevating contemporary Italian art by supporting talents that shape matter and give life to form. This commitment has its roots in the tradition of Renaissance collecting, when the great noble families made art a banner of identity, a celebration of beauty and human ingenuity.<\/p>

The beating heart of this initiative is located on the Casati Estate, a locus amoenus nestled among centuries-old olive trees, suspended between the land and the sea, where light refracts off the silvery foliage and time seems to stand still. Here, in a context full of suggestion and memory, each year the competition - the result of the synergy between the Association, Maison Casati and selected partners - unveils a new Ampolla d'Artista, a symbol of creativity and innovation that complements the Tenuta's EVO oil, enhancing its excellence.<\/p>

For the fourth edition of the Casati Prize, Tamara Repetto (Genoa, 1973), an artist with a refined sensibility and a multifaceted path, has been chosen. She ranges between olfactory installations, sculpture and design, investigating the relationship between matter, the senses and the relationship between man and nature. Her work, \u2018Undici\u2019, feeds on this interaction, drawing inspiration from the ancient pomander, a secret treasure chest of fragrances, guarded over the centuries by courts and aristocracies to protect the body and spirit with precious essences such as ambergris and musk.<\/p>

The cap of the ampoule, the true aesthetic and conceptual fulcrum of the work, recalls the delicate structure of the morille, an evocative French term for morel, a fruit of the earth with a sinuous and archaic shape, a symbol of rebirth and transformation. This morphology, reproduced in shiny yellow bronze, recalls the golden hues of ripe olives, while its perforated surface reveals the essence it contains, in a sensory game that stimulates sight, touch and smell.<\/p>

Oil, a primordial and sacred element, dialogues with the perfumed cap, creating a synaesthetic experience in which art, nature and fragrance intertwine in a refined and visionary unicum.<\/p>

Further embellishing this creation is the fragrance No. 11 Casati perceptible inside the cap with a sweet, woody accord, an intoxicating combination celebrating the sacred nectar. This fragrance is evocative of the number 11, an esoteric symbol linked to creative energy, intuition, sensitivity, a portal for the fulfilment of desires, as well as the artist's date of birth.<\/p>
