    1 – TERMS<\/a>, \u00a0CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA ONLINE E SPEDIZIONE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This contract qualifies as a distance contract pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code).
    The object of the contract is the sale of extra virgin olive oil and\/or derivative products between the proposer and the consumer (the customer).
    The contract is concluded directly with the acceptance by the company of a purchase proposal by telephone or via the Internet following the invitation to offer contained in the website or Instagram profile.<\/p>\n

    Terms of sale<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated online, at the time of forwarding the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs, as displayed on of the purchase.\nBefore confirming the purchase to the customer, the unit cost of each selected product will be summarized, the total cost in the case of multiple products and the related transport costs and the total VAT. The prices of the products displayed for sale are inclusive of VAT.<\/p>\n

    Delivery and shipment of products<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The purchased products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer.
    Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or emails. Unless otherwise agreed, shipments shall be made by carriers defined by the proposer or his delegate. The goods travel at the risk of the proposer and in the event of theft or loss the proposer undertakes to send a new product with the same characteristics. The delivery time, which is purely indicative, is approximately 2\/4 weeks from the date of the order; it may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.
    Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, shall take place during office hours: from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.; from 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., every day, non-holiday, Monday to Friday.
    The customer shall verify that the package is undamaged and undamaged. Only after such verification shall the customer accept the delivery.
    In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to the above, the customer shall raise the objection directly with the carrier, not collect the goods and send an e-mail via the site.<\/p>\n

    Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The proposer guarantees the right of withdrawal for any reason from the purchase contract. To exercise this right, a registered letter with return receipt must be sent specifying the order number and which products are subject to return. All within 10 days of receipt of goods.\nThe right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:\n1) the purchased good must be returned unused and intact, in its original packaging complete in all its parts (including the packaging and documentation and accessory equipment;\n2) in accordance with the law, the costs will be charged to the customer;\n3) the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. We are not liable in any way for damage or theft\/loss of goods returned by uninsured or untracked shipments (e.g. priority mail);\n4) in the event of damage to the goods during transport, we will take care to promptly notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods) to allow him to file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;\n5) if, on the other hand, the return is returned intact in all the aforementioned points, we will reimburse the cost of the goods only (not the shipping costs) by bank transfer 10 days after receiving the return. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of Bologna has exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
